No. You can cast a single piece — one ring, one pendant, one charm. Same process, same quality. No minimum order requirement.
We offer 10 metal options: sterling silver, plus 10k, 14k, and 18k gold in yellow, white, and rose. All gold pricing is linked to live XAU spot rates.
Your quote is calculated from your STL file in real time. It includes metal weight (based on volume × density), live spot metal pricing, casting labor, setup fee, and any finishing or plating. Every line item is visible — no hidden markups.
5–10 business days from order confirmation to shipping, depending on metal and quantity. Rush service is available for an additional 50% surcharge.
No. You can upload your STL file and see a full, itemized quote without creating an account. You only need to sign in when you proceed to checkout.
The 3D viewer shows your exact STL geometry rendered with physically-based materials that match each metal option. Color, reflectivity, and roughness update in real time as you switch metals. The final casting will match the geometry shown.
All orders ship fully insured via USPS Priority or UPS depending on value. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your piece ships. We’re based in Downtown Los Angeles and ship nationwide.
Our upload tool automatically checks for watertightness, volume, and triangle count. If your mesh has problems (non-manifold edges, holes, inverted normals), we’ll flag them before you get a quote. For complex repairs, email us at info@hmsmanufacturing.com.
Yes. You can add hand polishing ($65) during the order flow. For white gold metals, rhodium plating is available ($50). Raw (unfinished) castings are also available at no extra charge.
Quotes are locked for 48 hours at the spot price shown. After 48 hours, the quote expires and you’ll need to generate a new one — metal prices change daily.
